Coming from the west, you should be just fine. The bulk of the storm was just
east of D.C. - almost right up along the I-95 line. 90% of the major roads
are clear right now (11:00, 26 Jan), and by tomorrow, I wouldn't think you
should have any problems, especially coming from the west.
