The "watered-down" versions always seem to have some sort of label applied to them. If they say something like Advanced, or Intermediate then they're probably the easier versions. The full versions don't seem to have any kind of label applied to them.
I bought Amazing Grace for our group a while ago. We haven't played it yet, but it didn't seem to be cut down in any way. We're currently working on The Saints' Halleluja and I can definitely tell that it's not a "watered-down" version. ;-) It's a little different than the recording I have, but that's due to improv on the part of the CB, not to the arrangement itself.
