I am not a fan of the Getzen CC, but I believe it to be a "real" CC. What is is NOT is a "real" BBb. Conically, it is tapered as a CC. Cylindrical (meaning NOT part of the taper of the instrument's body) "attachments", obviously, are mechanically added to lower its pitch to BBb.

A "real" BBb would have at least 17 feet of open tubing devoted to taper, and only about one foot of cylindrical tubing or so devoted to a tuning slide.
