you won't get the horn either. The only way that you are required to purchase the horn is if you are the high bidder after the reserve has been reached, and since the reserve hasn't been reached, you have some time to think about this deal.

I believe that $400 is a very high price for shipping, and I believe that such an item may even be able to be shipped by UPS.
