There is the J.P. Sousa Memorial Collection at the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana. Apparently, Sousa willed all his personal documents and artifacts to the U. of I. Band Department and they have set up a display in their building. The display has signed manuscripts, hundreds of photos, and musical instruments including a BBBb tuba. When I was there (1984-85) I went to see the stuff and it was pretty impressive. The tuba actually worked and I honked out a couple of notes on it. It looks to be about the same relative size as the one pictured in David's post but the bell flare is MUCH larger. In fact, one of the photos in the collection showed some folks trying to move the tuba up or down some stairs and the bell wouldn't fit through the hallway. I would bet they must have a website...
