Great Piece! I am a big fan of Nielsen's symphonies (he wrote 6). This one is subtitled "The Four Temperments", if I recall correctly. The Movement in question is "Melancholy". Each of the movements represents a specific mood... the idea from a series of four paintings, if memory serves.
Who knows the other three temperments? bonus points for the subtitles of the 3rd, 4th, & 6th symphonies!
