I play on a Mirafone 186. You should find the serial number on the front of the bell. Mine is 3552 and that puts it at about 30 years old. Matt at Dillon Music(New Jersey) just did an amazing job of overhauling my horn. He also has access to a book with Mirafone serial numbers, which tell the general date and location of where the horns are made. Hopefully this can help you.
