I would have to agree with Joseph Felton. Most times, when I have a problem with producing in a specific range, or a specific note, it's due to concentrating too much on the process, and not as much on the sound. Try some deep breathing excercises which will open your throat, then slowly work your way back to the horn. (ie breath- buzz on mpiece- sing- buzz on mpiece- play)
