The Name escapes me, but Michael Lind did it on one of his albulms. Basically Tuba solo with brass quintet, with the bottom part on bass trombone.
The composer is (I think) Christer Danielson (sp?).
An excellent piece of music, I had the luck of hacking through the bass t-bone part while listening to Chris Olka absolutely nail the tuba part.
I would highly recommend it. That part isn't "easy" though.
