i really can't speak highly enough of the Jerry Young/Wes Jacobs Arban method. The fact that it transposed for CC tuba MAKES it essential playing for the CC tuba. Challenge yourself... if you can do the characteristic studies on a BAT, you can do anything on a BAT!
