It was intended to be an exact copy of the 191 (bell 18.5, ht. 36"). Other measurements were mainly "eyed". Yes to your valve questions. In fact, the copy even has the same flaw as the original (D below staff a little sharp, solved by playing with 3rd valve. My understanding is that (co. below) has had onsite mentoring on developing this and other copies. Anyway, other than the subpar finish and valve key positions (miraphone has curved valve keys for easy access for pointer and pinky) the tone is round and full. I also tried the King 2341 at NAMM - it is a great horn, just a little short for my profile.
