I am trying an MF2 on a Mirafone 183-4U Eb. Just because I ran across one for sale reasonable and have been wanting to try the MF series. I like the center of the range on the MF2. The horn feels more alive (I can really notice the vibrations). So far the far high and low ends (above G top of staff, and below Ab 3rd leger line down) seem harder to get to speak. Could be just unfamiliarity. I plan to use it for weeks, at least, then try another one. You really like the MF4, eh? What horn are you using it on, if I may ask?
