A main concern of mine is in predicting whether this modification would screw up the instrument in sound and response. Difficult to guess I suppose?
Most of the time I hear of folks having complaint when they add a rotor in the leadpipe to a piston horn. This is a piston BAT and I'd be looking at having the valve after the main slide. Any folks hear of horns being screwed up or altered as a result of this mod?
