I'm hoping someone has some info that can help me out.
I have a Yamaha Silent Brass for tuba with one broken clasp. This is one of the three clasps that actually attached to the bell fo the tuba. I called Brasswind and spoke to someone there who said he would look into it. It took a couple of weeks before I heard back and then I was told that it would cost $30 plus shipping and take 3 months to deliver!
Does anyone have any leads on how to obtain replacement parts in a more timely manner? I suppose I could get by without the 3rd clasp, but it does allow for some sound leakage so I'd love to fix the problem.
Any help would be most appreciated.
