Well...it seems we have a mix-and-match here.
I now find 3 serial numbers - two of which are the same:
bell section - 309ZZZ
outer slide - 332XXX
inner slide - 332XXX
All of these numbers are "1950-1955" in the King serial number cheat sheet.
Is it "expected" to find all three numbers the same as the trombone left the factory? or, were the pieces numbered separately and not expected to match?
