The question you asked was whether anyone had worked with them before so that you would not get taken. I think I gave you enough to ensure that yes, people had worked with them, and no, you will not get taken.
I would say that they have just about every tuba part for works published before the early 1920's. I discovered a few gaps that were, in all cases, right at the boundary of what is in the public domain. I did not try to find all the gaps--that would require having a list of every tuba part in existence that was published before that time.
