I bought both my tubas from BBC and am 110% satisfied with the service that I recieved when I was at the store. In my mind there are only three tuba dealers that I would buy from, they are BBC, Dillion, and Lee Stofer Music. I stay away from the store in MI and the one in NC, all they want is your $$$. They could care less about you.
