Perhaps a great store when you visit but they are not too interested in answering e-mail questions about horns listed for sale. Luckily others were and received my business even after giving Baltimore a second & third chance on several items.
I know e-mail replies take time but so does playing telephone tag. I am a firm believer in not only asking a lot of questions before I decide on a vendor and make a purchase but also that a company should not advertise online if they do not want to follow through online.
They look like a good business but I will never know..
