While it may be concerning the opposite direction of the post a few lines down (mouthpiece diameter) I would say the same answer applies. Finding the mouthpiece that suits your face. IF you like the general feel of the Helleberg....then you should not have any problem locating many many many mouthpieces that share the same design...just more refined. Comes to mind are the Laskey 30H...or Schilke Helleberg II ..... but there are many others out there. Dillon Music also has their version of the Helleberg which I have found to be very nice. I would find a music shop nearest you that carries several mouthpiece brands/sizes and just go try'em out. Best of luck to you
