Yes, Bill and I are both using the Doug Elloitt P cup. I have found it to be the best all around mouthpiece for me. I have a PT83 which is almost the same size but something about it makes the horn more difficult in the upper register. The P cup is the best I have ever played on this instrument. I am on the list to try the new T and P cup mouthpieces when he starts production. They are supposed to be a big improvement but I don't think the P cup could get much better than it already is. Doug even made some custom shanks for me to fit the off the wall size receivers on my Eb helicon and sousaphone.
