I'll second the dentist comment! There are good number of dentists who were in band and can probably help you with issue. I found my grandpas trumpet when I was 4 and started playing on it. I used to try and immitate Doc Severinsen on the Tonight Show. Now, my teeth have grown in around the shape of a trumpet mouthpiece (i.e. my top front teeth are actually at a 90% angle with the point to the front.) I don't look like a freak or anything, but it has been a sticking point with me for years. For me to fix it now (and yes I have gotten MULTIPLE opinions) would cost in the neighborhood of $9000, or in tuba language, a new CC!
