I suppose one could make up something that was like a sousaphone tuning bit (large receiver connected to a small shank), but I don't think it would work well because that section connecting the two would have to have a reverse taper--and it adds length to the instrument, meaning you might have a tuning problem.

A number of mouthpiece makers can provide you with a large cup on a tenor shank or you can see about having the receiver changed out for a bass shank one (might not be possible with a "peashooter" tenor bone).

You might start with Doug Elliot, or give Joe Marcinkiewicz or Terry Warburton a call to see if they can fix you up with something.
