While I do feel you may be going a little far to call ITEA defunct....I do agree that Sean and the US Armyband have done an excellent job at providing services to tuba and euphonium players that ITEA says it provides, although as the website becomes more completed I hope that will change. But still BRAVO to Sean and the US Armyband for providing such great opportunities to all of us.
