I own one. I like my 201N. yes it has tarnishing problems but highsmiths silver polish cures that. As for playing, it is a sold horn that plays fine. I use mine for Community band as well as in my quintet. I wouldn't send my son to college with one (bought him a miraphone for that) but for me, it is a fine horn. The 202N was suppose to address the tarnishing problems, they have also improved the rotor (which I have had no problems with on my 201 although I have changed to the 202's linkage). Enjoyable horn.
