We are cranking up in the fall. As a courtesy, I told the Youth Orchestra Director we would wait until his auditions were over. We have had interest enough to fill two bands, and may do so. BTW, I promoted a 16 YO young lady to 4th man down on the solo bench last night. This is not indicative of the quality of the other 3, just that this girl plays her butt off. She will be Principal in Youth A. The LVBB is now attracting over 600 people to concerts and have a waiting list for every instrument. Man, I love working with these guys. The best thing is, the best pro players in town are my corner men and filling up the back row of Cornets. The movement is catching on!!! Hope is all well in the Research Triangle and you are staying dry. Peace.
