I have been following this series of posts and am courious why no one has mentioned the Cerveny 681 that can be had new for just under 3k. In my experiance it is a much better quality tuba then the Jupiters. But then I had a bad experiance with one of the early Jupiters and I have heard they have improved in quality since then.
