There is a picture of my 1915 BBb 6/4 Satin York on the Dutch Tuba site: http://www.tuba.is.nl/ picture #201 & 202. This York has great intonation and offers some very unique playing qualities. Great resonance and depth in the low range and as you go into the higher range the sound takes on an incredible singing quality that makes it a very suitable instrument for solo work. All the Holtons I've played felt like I was operating heavy machinery. This horn is a joy to play. Anyone coming to the Pensacola Area is welcome to drop by and play this horn.
