I agree with the concept of having both. The video is the same as the DVD, just a little harder to jump to specifc places although you are given approximate times where things are. I think the combination is the best option, though. Obviously, once you see the exercise, the video in any form is not as necessary, but initially it does help to see the two of them doing these and to hear some of the comments to those who they are "teaching" on the video. Gives you some visual references to check yourself against.
