I'm looking at the Sony MZ-N1.
My primary interest is portable recording, most likely coupling with the AT-822 microphone.
I'd *really* like to hear contrary opinions.
Others should look forward to a windfall; as soon as I purchase the MZ-N1, Marantz will announce a 50% price reduction.
