I have had 2 pro-tec bags...one for my tuba and one for my bass trombone...I havent been satisfied with either. My tuba bag all the zippers became unsewn after about 6 months of normal use and the straps were very uncomfortable. In addition the horn sat too low on my back no matter how tight the straps were it was very uncomfortable while walking. The bass trombone bag isnt balanced so it falls over when u open it and the after a couple months of use the strap that kept the 2 halfs of the bag from completely opening and snaping the hinges ripped out of the bag and now the bag cant be used! Go with altieri they are by far the best...my 2 cents
