Yeah, a good long workout session would be a nice touch. I guess you could just combine excercises and make it up yourself, but then you'd have to hold onto the remote to switch to the next exercise. I agree that indexing each exercise makes this DVD a bit frustrating. Still excellent content, nonetheless.
