Do this:
From a Boosey & Hawkes dealer, order:
4/ E5744 (large diameter - under cap)
4/ E2344 (small diameter - under button)
They won't be quite thick enough. Shim them up (each one of the eight) with three thick flute pad paper washer shims...or equivalent
Done.
