At the moment I believe the B&H Factory in Watford, UK (which only opened fairly recently) is still manufacturing and assembling anything it's able/allowed to (possibly nothing).
Sources tell me that things are changing though...
I have heard that 'some' Tuba PART manufacture is to be done in the newish factory in Germany. Otherwise ALL assembly and manufacture is being relocated to India.
Don't take this as Gospel as it is only speculation really...
