True 3/4 decent BBb tubas and the Rudy 3/4s are really more like 4/4's. The 3/4 BBb and CC fit in a CC 186 case and bag and fit well.

YBB 621 piston- around $4800
Weril 680- YBB621 copy piston- around $1800
Miraphone 1271 piston and 182 rotor- around $3500
Meinl Weston 18 rotor- around $3500
Lidl 701 rotor- around $2500
Cerveny 683-4- rotor tuba, around $3500

These are very good true 3/4 tubas. The 621 Yamaha has about the biggest sound with the highest price.
the Weril lacks a little in lustre in finishing but is well made, plays in tune and is a good lil tuba, very unknown also
the 1271 is more school grade but a tank and a good tuba, great intonation and nice big sound
the 182 is a tank and a great lil rotary tuba and plays well,,, both are cadillacs in the 3/4 tubas and pricey... great intonation and nice big sound
Meinl 18- great lil tuba and plays great as well, great intonation and nice big sound, pricey as well
Lidl 701- solid little for the money, big sound, good intonation and middle of the road price but a good tuba for the money and very unknown
Cerverny 683- Great lil tuba, some have small intonation problems but nothing unmanageable, bell is small giving it a smaller sound than others, soft brass so it dents a lil easier

This is my evaluation from playing them all and playing quite a few of each.
The big thing here is how much sound are u looking for in a 3/4 and how much do you want to spend.
