Other posters are right... you need to take things slow when switching to CC. If you're curious as to what's going on, your embouchure is used to playing an open fingering and getting a BBb. Now that you've switched, you play open and a CC pops out, but your lips were 'set' a full tone lower so the note won't be centered and won't 'speak'. You need to start hearing everything higher and your lips will adjust.
Do some studies, scales, whatever in the low register...it doesn't really matter what you play, but make sure you HEAR what you're about to play before you play it! Bang it out on the piano, buzz it on the mouthpiece, etc. Keep at it, it's a slow process but it will take care of itself with time.
