Dave is a great and knowledgable guy, as are Matt, and others...but I think their opinions of value would all be "unique" and "isolated" as to their own limited experiences of selling two, three, or maybe four or so Willsons over a period of years.
Whenever one attempts to ask questions like "What is my [thing] worth?", the answer is invariably "To whom?"
