I don't know how much you practice or the material your valve guides are made out of, but wearing out every few months seems way too premature.
Last month I changed out the valve guides that had been in my Getzen G-50 since it was built in 1995. So the guides can last a l-o-n-g time.
Have a repair man check out your entire valve setup. It sounds like you have some serious problem with your valves if you go through them that fast.
