Hindenburg Concerto (Yes!)

The conductor of a local orchestra has programmed J.S. Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto #5, and has complimented(?) it with P.D.Q. Bach’s Hindenburg Concerto.

What is the tuba part like (in the latter piece, of course!)? The catalog number is S. LZ 129, which may allude to Led Zeppelin, but tells nothing of the chronology of the work (musicololologists want to know!) How recently did Professor Peter Schickele “discover” this piece? Does a recording exist?
