I'm glad to know that TUSAB is instituting the hearing conservation program. Sean, I doubt that you'd play anywhere near 8 minutes solid at 95db, either practicing or in a band rehearsal. Most huge tuba parts probably don't last over 1-2 minutes at most without a break. I don't think you are in dire danger, but if you use the Westone musician's plugs when the level gets uncomfortable you can probably leave the sevice with nearly all your hearing intact, as I did after 22 loud (!) years.
