The guys are crooks, pure scam artists. You would see MUCH more negative feedback in the profile except for the fact that whenever someone posts a negative feedback to them, they call up the service of some 3rd party negotiator to have it revoked. So the feedback you see is only that which has been refused by the buyers to be removed (which means the refuse monetary offers). I would recommend you stay far away from them.
