You are a victim of current tastes. In the 1970's, those things were considered hot stuff, but in today's market, as long as Winston Morris at Tennessee Tech has four or five of those available to use in his Tuba Ensemble, that's about the only ones that I personally know of anywhere that get serious use these days.
I've never been particularly fond of them, have thought that they played an awful lot like American piston bell-front baritones, but I've always thought they were well-made and look cool.
