1. Air & Dance by Arthur Frackenpohl, published by TUBA Press. A slow waltz followed by a quasi-rag. The violin has some double stops. Tuba range: GG (3 ledger lines below the staff) to d-flat above middle c.

2. Unterkagner Länder by Jan Koetsier, Op. 87/2, published by Donemus of Amsterdam. 6 light, fluffy movements. Violin has triple stops; bowing is clearly indicated. Tuba range: C (2 ledger lines below staff) to d above middle c.

3. Seven Duets for Violin and Tuba by William Presser, published by Tenuto Publications. Much more dry in flavor than the Frackenpohl and Koetsier. Some challenges for both violin and tuba. Tuba range: CC# (bottom C# on piano) to b-flat below middle c.
