I bought one to see what they were. The exterior carton said "Cb" tuba (i.e. "C flat").
It was indeed a CC tuba, and indeed, it was very flat. Also, the rotors were like sandpaper and there was a dent in the tuba, because the econo case that it came in was shipped right next to the exterior carton.
I emailed and called them. They were nice and took it back. I waited a long time and they did not credit my charge card. I called them again and they finally credited my charge card.
