If the Conn/Pan American Eb tuba plays too low for your brass band with the Bach 32E with the turned-down shank, you could try using a bass trombone mouthpiece. If that doesn't help, the 1st branch tubing on that instrument (first bow after the valve section) is basically cylindrical, and could be cut 1" on both sides, refit in the ferrules, and reassembled. That would bring up the overall pitch of the horn to where you could easily navigate A=440 to A=445 or more. If you are playing in a very high-pitch group, check to see if the valve slides need any cutting, too. 1st and 3rd are easy to modify, and 2nd is do-able, too.
