I recently purchased a York Monster E flat (circa 1910) horn on ebay. The mouthpiece receiver is too small to accept my Conn Helleberg 7B mouthpiece. The shank seems to be approximately the size of a bass trombone shank. I have considerd having the receiver replaced, but I would rather keep the horn original. A Doug Elliott Custom Tuba like mouthpiece with a small shank was one suggestion that I received... a Shilke 60 bass trombone mouthpiece was another. Any ideas where I can find an after market mouthpiece to fit this instrument?? It's too cool a horn to "hack up".
