The other mouthpiece that you may try is the Marcinkiewicz ST3 or ST4. The rim is similar to the Bach 18E and they are very shallow. They are also funnel shaped like the Helleberg and that might help. I had a ST4 that was included with a Conn 21J tuba that I bought. It was the shallowest mouthpiece I had seen, and totally unuseable on the Conn, but looked like what you may be looking for. Of course the shank size that you need may dictate your available choices. If you have the small English shank, a Dennis Wick 3S may work.
