Thanks, needed to make sure. We were cleaning out some old school horns (Yamaha) that hadn't been used in several years, and the pistons were in rough shape. The lava soap seemed to work, i just wanted to be cetain we hadn't destroyed the finish or plating or made scratches or anything.
