NEWS FROM ITEC 2002 - 2/08/2002

Q: What has 7 days until expiration?

A: The Early Bird rates for ITEC 2002. February 15, 2002. Please keep in mind
that the 15th is a POST MARK date and check dating date. We expect that we’ll receive a few registrations a few days after the 15th. There will be a reminder on this list and the
BBS to that effect.

Q: What do the following people and groups have in common?

Gil Corella, Shoichiro Hokazano, Tom Holtz, Tubalate, Roger Bobo, Alan Baer, The 26th North Carolina Regimental Band, C.S.A. and the U S Army Brass Quintet have in common?

A: They will all be attending ITEC 2002 in Greensboro, North Carolina during
the week of May 28th.

We’ve gotten a lot of competition entries and participant registrations as well as
Vendor commitments are picking up (keep them coming) now that the
holidays are over. This is going to be a GREAT Convention/Festival.
YOU need to be a part of it.

E-mail questions to me at toobaman(AT)aol.com or Dr. Dennis Askew at dwaskew(AT)uncg.edu .

We will do our best to find answers to them and respond quickly.

Thought for the day: Subdivide to the note with the shortest value
– you can’t go wrong.

Hope to see you in Greensboro the week of May 28th.
