I see that as HORRIBLE odds for getting an orchestral tuba job. Of course,you just incorrectly assumed that I was aspiring to one of these jobs. I've been down that road already. I have a successful career as a free-lance player, with the added bonus of not having to practice the Ride 15 times a day. If that's your cup of tea, then go for it, and good luck to you!
