The PT-10 and PT-15 have the same sized bell and bore and other dimensions. The difference is the PT-15 has a heavier bell and bottom bow and the leadpipe is rose brass instead of yellow brass. The PT-10's came with interchangable leadpipes while the PT-15's leadpipe is soldered to the horn.
